Role: Accounts Payable Analyst

• Receive and input all supplier invoices in SAP, in order to be accounted for and scheduled for payment.
• Pay vendors by scheduling payment runs and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
• Track credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments.
• Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
• Support external and internal audits as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve the payment process.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of related corporate finance / accounting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field is required.
• Additional work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Specific experience in Accounts Payable for a global company is preferred.
• Strong organization, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of various payment flows.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
