Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and analyze sales data.
• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice coding and payment applications.
• Handle high-volume invoicing, cash applications, and collections calls.
• Prepare journal entries, sales tax returns, and month-end reports.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and work with clients/vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar role.
• Advanced English level
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or general Accounting
• Experience in Bank Reconciliations
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
