A leading technology company is looking for a B2B Sales Representative in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, to develop and execute sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years in technology or consumables sales and possess strong negotiation and customer relationship skills. Responsibilities include making high-impact presentations and solving customer issues. This hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

  • 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or consumables.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, printing, industrial products, or consumables.
  • Proven experience in account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of printing solutions, labeling supplies, and related technologies (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze sales KPIs, market trends, and financial metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or value-added resellers.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics for consumables.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within global or matrix organizations.
