Senior Frontend Developer (React) – Remote (Italy-based)
Location: Remote within Italy, with optional hybrid work from our Monza or Cagliari offices

As we expand our product capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong React expertise to take a leading role in our frontend team. This is more than a coding role — you'll help define architecture, uphold best practices, and mentor others as a key contributor to our product evolution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the frontend development of core features in our SaaS products.
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to technical decisions, coding standards, and architectural improvements.
- Build reusable components and scalable front-end solutions using React.
- Review code, share knowledge, and support junior developers in the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience developing complex frontend applications using React.js.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience optimizing performance and maintaining accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive, structured, and mentoring attitude — you enjoy helping others grow.
- Fluency in English and Italian is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or product-led company.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks.
