A global leader in the food industry is seeking a Demand Planning Associate Manager in Parma. This role involves producing supply forecasts and collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain teams for optimal product availability. The ideal candidate will have a degree and over three years of experience in demand planning, alongside strong analytical skills and fluency in English and Italian. This full-time position reports to the Demand Planning Manager, aiming to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

We are looking for a Demand Planning Associate Manager to join the Supply Chain Demand Planning team.
The position holder will be responsible to regularly produce short, medium and long‑term forecasts, in relation to volumes expected for shipment and turnover volumes, pointing out any gaps versus targets. He/she will contribute to the overall business turnover through a shipping forecast that secures products availability, optimal level of service and minimum costs.
