A leading food company seeks an Associate Manager to lead strategic projects and initiatives within their digital transformation journey. Lead strategic projects and platform initiatives related to Core Marketing Processes and Portfolio Management as part of Barilla’s digital transformation journey. Act as the key interface between Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and IT—ensuring end‑to‑end project execution aligned with business objectives, technology standards, and regulatory compliance.
