A leading industrial group in Milan is seeking a Compensation Specialist to support the Group Compensation Coordinator. The role involves developing strategic compensation policies, analyzing remuneration processes, and managing incentives across the organization. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in HR roles, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to the HR team in a global setting.

We are currently seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our HR team and support the Group Compensation Coordinator in defining and implementing strategic and operational compensation guidelines across all Group companies.
Contribute to the preparation of the annual “Report on Remuneration Policy and Fees Paid” and support the creation of materials for Remuneration Committee meetings.
