A leading investment firm based in Milano seeks a seasoned professional to manage investment and divestment operations for multi-asset infrastructure equity funds. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in similar roles at premier investment funds or banks, equipped with strong analytical and managerial skills. Responsibilities

• Coordinate investment and divestment operations in equity fund shares and asset management companies for multi-asset infrastructure equity funds and other potential fund types in collaboration with other company groups.
• Monitor existing investments and contribute to related reporting.
• Perform advisory activities for participating asset management companies consistent with corporate and group strategies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in similar roles at premier investment funds, SGR, investment banks, advisory boutiques, holding companies, or strategic consulting firms, preferably with focus on investment and divestment operations in fund shares.
• Completion of an MBA / Master is a plus.
• Strong analytical / modeling and technical skills in structuring investment operations and managing investment-related issues.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• A solid and practical manager capable of establishing effective relationships at all levels, within the team and externally, especially with investors and institutions.
• Excellent organizational and management skills, planning and problem-solving capabilities, and strong managerial skills to motivate and grow the team.
