The Clinical IT Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all activities related to Clinical IT solutions.

This position is part of the WITs team located in Italy.

You will be a part of the team and report to the responsible for coordinating both upstream (the product) and downstream (the go-to-market) sales, marketing, project management areas, and consulting post-sales support for the Beckman Coulter Clinical IT portfolio.

• Implement Clinical IT solutions, ensuring they reflect what is expected in the design phase, within the expected time and modes.
• Ensure careful and accurate control of the project and be accountable for the project's documentation and reporting.
• Manage issues that may arise during the project's implementation and identify corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline.
• Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted consultant for customers for Clinical IT solutions, sharing new ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical-IT products.

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Lab. Middleware, LIS, etc.).
• Customer communication and listening attitude.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50%-70% of the time.

A plus if you possess previous experience in Networking, Virtual Environments, and Operating Systems knowledge.
