WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:

  • 18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
  • Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management. Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management. Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability.
  • Goal and process orientated.
  • Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly.
  • Time management.
  • Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience. Fluency in English : B2 level or above. We kindly ask interested candidates to apply with a CV fully written in English.
  • Also please be informed that the first interview will be conducted in English.
  • Good knowledge with MS Office and Power BI.

  • Overseing and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory processes.
  • Ensure all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience for our customers and working environment for the team.
