Lead a team that makes a difference to our business
As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you\'ll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.
Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision making
Leading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labour, ensuring safety, compliance and quality
Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards
To be successful in this role you will:
Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience
Demonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experience
Technical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries
Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions
Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
EU Passport or European Work permit required
