Remote Spanish/Portuguese Customer Success Manager
Job summary
A leading e-learning platform in Italy is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and support. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, engaging post-implementation, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with modern software.
