Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Follow up on customer requests and elevate issues when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level)
  • Relocation to Portugal is mandatory
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Exceptional problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
  • Open to relocating within Portugal
Additional Information:
  • Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
