As a WE Surface Specialist, you will expand your sales skills across multiple countries, lead device business with strategic customers, and gain visibility in the Modern workspace. This role offers flexible, remote work based on customer meetings.

• 3+ years of tech sales or account management experience, or
• Bachelor’s in IT or related field plus 3+ years of experience.
• 2+ years in solution/services sales.
• Strategic, excellent communicator, self-motivated, and collaborative.

• Lead Surface sales with product expertise.
• Manage operational excellence: pipeline, CRM, forecasting.
• Close complex deals, understand Microsoft’s sales model.
• Coordinate resources to solve customer problems.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers.
• Identify and resolve technical and competitive blockers.
• Drive sales growth, collaborate with partners, and incorporate AI solutions.
