Job summary
A leading digital finance company is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Venture Growth team. This remote role will focus on expanding and accelerating the investment portfolio, working closely with C-level executives and internal teams. Candidates should possess a strong business background, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or investment banking. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to innovative growth strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or private equity.
- 2+ years of experience in the payments industry preferred.
- Deep knowledge of business planning, corporate strategy, and resource planning required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screening and assessment of new investment opportunities.
- Develop investment memos and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on growth potential and performance.
