Job summary
A renowned coffee company is seeking an Industrial Engineering Director to oversee industrial engineering activities, ensuring the development of processes and plants. This role will lead the implementation of production lines, drive continuous improvement plans, and manage team compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in engineering roles, a Master's degree in a relevant field, and fluency in English. This position focuses on enhancing production capabilities while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
