Job summary
A leading talent recruitment firm is looking for a Customer Support Representative to work remotely in Portugal. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across various platforms while providing exceptional service and maintaining accurate records. The position offers a competitive salary of up to 1,000 gross monthly, plus performance bonuses, with relocation support available for candidates from abroad.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, and calls.
- Handle support tickets related to queries and refunds.
- Conduct outbound calls for product promotion and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Skills
We are looking for Italian -speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
- Salary : Up to1,000 +performance & complexity bonus gross / monthly (14 salaries per year)
- Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
- 40 hours / week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
