Full time, home-based near Florence, Italy

The Project Manager owns and manages client relationships and manages accommodation, travel and transfers arrangements as per client request.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Hotel contracting
• Air and rail ticketing, individual and group
• Individual and group hotel stays
• Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside
• Individual and group transfers
• Final reporting on projects

Skills:

• Confident handling of Excel
• Good knowledge of gds AMADEUS air booking system
• Good knowledge of gds PICO rail booking system
• Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people
• Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style
• Precise work and high-quality standards
• Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas
• Aptitude for teamwork
• Availability to make business trip if necessary in occasion of events and project related to the client followed
• Good English knowledge
• Good spirit of initiative and reliability
• Good relationship skills
