Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report regional performance metrics. Utilize CRM systems for managing sales activities and data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback for product and service improvements. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, setting performance expectations and monitoring KPIs to foster a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills; able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement solutions in complex or urgent situations.
  • Relevant work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, and ability to promote team collaboration. Willingness to travel abroad; overseas work experience is preferred.
