Job Farm for Azienda, operating in the Tech sector and specializing in automating personnel management processes, is seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete payroll management for a portfolio of clients: processing payslips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
2. Direct assistance to assigned companies;
3. Collaboration with the product team for continuous improvement of HR software;
4. At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
5. Experience in independently managing clients;
6. Good knowledge of the Trade and Metalworking National Collective Agreements (CCNL);
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
8. Interest in innovation in HR processes and a proactive attitude towards change;
9. Gross annual salary in the range of €24,000 to €27,000, to be evaluated based on the candidate's experience;
