POSTING PRESENTATION:
Within the EWS Operation Global Organization, your mission, inside the leadership team (reporting directly to EWS Operations VP), is to guarantee Top Class Manufacturing Performance is continuously pursued.
In this position, you will manage the two Italian locations (AGRATE EWS and CATANIA EWS) and be responsible for almost 500 peoples (Direct and Indirect workforce). You will be leading this organization, dual role, relying on the existing EWS AGRATE Manager while directly exercising your management skills on CATANIA EWS Departments acting as EWS CATANIA Director.
You must guarantee the perfect coverage of 3 main areas:
§ Operation orientation:
o Safety and Security in the work environment
o Salary policy of AGRATE and CATANIA EWS
o Implementation of all strategic actions and execution plans for improvement in order to ensure Top page and OKR’s in line with GLOBAL EWS Targets
o Achieve the Industrial performance in alignment with Production Plans adherent toCORA and BUDGET defined at BEMT Level and GLOBAL EWS
§ Business Orientation:
o Liaison with all ST Divisions, Central function to define and put in place all actions needed to be in line with Company, BEMT and EWS Targets
o Apply your leadership style in creating a strong partnership with all major stakeholders
o Insure EWS readiness to satisfy all Divisional and Technology roadmap developments
§ People orientation:
o Define and lead all activities to improve people engagement and productivity
o LEAN program implementation and sustainability
o Internal and external benchmark promotion
o Training plan definition and deployment coordination
o Support HR in applying Human resources processes

PROFILE REQUIRED:

• § Inspiring your Teams to achieve Top Class dimension in all related EWS activities
  § Role Model in terms of Organizational, Planning and rigorous projects execution
  § Leadership and management qualities: you must have good facilitation skills that federates your teams around common performance objectives by your charismatic approach
  § High adaptability and problem solving and develop new solutions to overcome complex problems
  § Open-mindedness and Active listening are essential quality of a great leader
  Education level required: 5 - Master degree
  Experience level required: Over 10 years
