A technology company in Tuscany is seeking a Tech Leader to expand their technical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development and AI engineering, leading efforts in both. Responsibilities include promoting best practices in Agile methodologies and ensuring team collaboration across development and operations. We are looking for a Tech Leader with experience and a desire to take on new challenges to help expand our technical team. The ideal candidate is someone capable of demonstrating leadership in both Software Development and AI Engineering.

- Cloud: AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, etc.)
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, GitLab CI, SonarQube
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
- Security & Networking: IAM, VPN, Firewall, SSL, Secrets Management
- Supporting Languages: Python, Bash, YAML
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps
- Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform
- Combining software development skills with solid system administration expertise, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Experienced in working within Agile/Scrum environments, promoting automation, monitoring, and end-to-end security practices to improve software reliability and release speed.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible, with a strong focus on cloud-native environments on AWS.
The DevOps Engineer position in open both in the Pisa or Trento offices.
