For our Milan office, we are looking for a professional to join the Regulatory team who will be tasked with:

• advisory activities in the field of law and the regulation of entities and banking, financial and insurance services, in addition to general legal assistance to supervised entities for both their ongoing operations and corporate finance transactions;
• advisory activities in banking, finance, trade and civil law.

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:

• 3-4 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting;
• a master's degree in law with final marks of at least 100/110;
• excellent knowledge of English;
• the ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines;
• excellent coordination abilities;
• excellent interpersonal and stress management skills;
• flexible and dynamic approach.
