A leading international professional services firm in Turin is looking for a Transfer Pricing professional. The successful candidate will perform international tax analyses and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. A Master’s degree in business or Law, along with excellent English and teamwork skills, is required. Competenze

• Master’s degree in business (LM-56 and LM-77) or Law (LMG-01).
• Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain.
• A post-graduate specialisation in Tax Law would be a definite plus.

Mansioni

• Structuring and performing compliance analyses with Italian tax legislation and OECD guidelines.
• Analysing the value chain of groups by interviewing management.
• Analysing financial statements and intragroup contracts.
• Performance of benchmarking analysis.
• Drafting of transfer pricing documentation under supervision.
• Developing knowledge of international tax matters.

Conoscenze

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Flexible and dynamic approach

Formazione

Master’s degree in business or Law
