Location: Milano, IT

To ensure operational scalability and support the current team:

• the person will be in charge of developing the flow franchise for Rates and FX products overseeing new markets (Emerging markets) and proactively managing commercial relationships.
• he/she will also help the team in reducing potential operational risks arising from day‑to‑day operations as well as in various support activities (system monitoring, timely bookings, trade settlements, regulations, legal aspects as Isda/Csa negotiation, reports and analysis).

3–5 years of experience in the role is required.

• Experience in Global Markets, FICC business with focus on FX.
• Knowledge in the Fixed Income markets, FX Derivatives and Rates derivatives.
• Capacity to analyse market environment, Relative Value trades, client portfolio dynamics, hedging strategies.
• Ability to partner up with all the stakeholders in the process.
