Scope and Purpose

To ensure operational scalability and support the current team:

• The person will be in charge of developing the flow franchise for Rates and FX products, overseeing new markets (Emerging markets) and proactively managing commercial relationships.
• He/she will also help the team in reducing potential operational risks arising from day-to-day operations, as well involved in various support activities (system monitoring, timely bookings, trade settlements, regulations, legal aspects as ISDA/CSA negotiation, reports and analysis).

Required Experience

3-5 years of experience in the role is required.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in Global Markets, FICC business with focus on FX.
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Knowledge in the Fixed Income markets, FX Derivatives and Rates derivatives.
• Capacity to analyse market environment, Relative Value trades, client portfolio dynamics, hedging strategies.
• Ability to partner up with all the stakeholders in the process.
