Tennis Attendant

About The Role:

This role will not be onboarded until September 17th, 2025

The Tennis Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Four Seasons residents and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience. This role includes supporting the tennis team during daily operations, private and group lessons, and special events, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

What You Will Do:

1. Be part of the pre-opening team!
2. Assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience for private and group tennis instruction that exceeds guest expectations.
3. Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests.
4. Greet guests and describe tennis services and related activities.
5. Set up tennis courts for daily play with water, balls, towels, etc.
6. Set up ball machine for guests to practice on courts.
7. Report maintenance requests for wind screens, nets, and courts as needed.
8. Restock towels, tennis balls, water, and supplies throughout the day.
9. Maintain guest areas with fruit, snacks, and coffee.
10. Work closely with tennis professionals and other staff during lessons and events.
11. Keep the tennis facility clean and well-maintained.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

What You Bring:

1. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Customer service experience with attention to detail; previous experience in a tennis facility or knowledge of tennis is a plus.
3. Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
4. Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
5. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
6. Confident, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
7. Ability to stand, walk, and run for 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors for extended periods.
8. Fluency in English and valid work authorization in the U.S.
