Job summary
A leading compensation solutions firm is seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to help drive growth in the Italian market. The role involves high-volume outreach to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills in both Italian and English, a proactive mindset, and resilience in a challenging sales environment. The position offers a base salary of €21,000 – €28,000 along with uncapped bonuses and stock options. Remote work is available in Italy.
