Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment with practices.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
• Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize capital structure.
• Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team, including redefining roles and responsibilities.
• Process Improvement: Implement practices in financial processes, systems, and controls.
• Strategic Projects: Support potential restructuring, new business divisions, and international expansion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive business performance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in finance leadership roles, ideally as CFO or senior finance manager in an international or complex environment.
• Background: Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and compliance for multi‑entity structures.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Language: Fluent in Italian and English.
• Location: Based in Northwestern Italy, with regular travel as required.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
