We're seeking a Senior R&D Software Engineer to join our dynamic Innovation Lab . In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions, transforming ambitious concepts into tangible prototypes, and ultimately, delivering groundbreaking products that will shape the future of sports and media industry. If you're a highly skilled and creative engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment and loves tackling complex, unsolved, and unknown problems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of experimental features, demos, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes, from ideation to deployment.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Apply and / or suggest best practices in software engineering, including design patterns, code reviews, testing, and documentation, to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and contributing to their growth.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Innovation Lab by proposing new ideas and influencing technical roadmaps.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
