Job summary
A luxury fashion company seeks an HR Business Partner to enhance their HR organization. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment processes for Creative and Business functions, managing employee relations, and facilitating performance management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in related fields, over 2 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential, along with good Excel and PowerPoint skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a prestigious industry in Milan.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience ideally within fashion, luxury, design, or similar organizations.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

To strengthen our HR organization, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will support both Creative and Business Functions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Creative and Business areas.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, selection criteria, and onboarding plans.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Manage contractual aspects, employment documentation, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Support annual processes such as budgeting, salary reviews, and headcount planning.
- Provide guidance on labor law topics, ensuring alignment with company policies and local legislation.
- Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers, handling day-to-day HR topics and employee relations.
- Support organizational design initiatives, team structure evolution, and role definition.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment across teams.
- Facilitate the performance management cycle, supporting managers in setting goals and evaluating performance.
- Identify development needs and collaborate on training or upskilling initiatives.
- Monitor talent progression and succession planning, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Degree in humanities, economics, or related fields; an HR Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles, ideally within fashion, luxury, design, or complex, fast-paced organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate evolving organizational contexts.
- Good user of excel and PPT.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
