Un'azienda di marketing innovativa cerca un Key Account Manager, Retail per il suo ufficio di Milano. La figura avrà la responsabilità di gestire un portafoglio clienti, definire strategie commerciali e migliorare le performance delle campagne. Si richiedono laurea in Economia e/o Marketing, 3-4 anni di esperienza nel marketing digitale e una buona conoscenza dell'inglese. Offre un ambiente di lavoro ibrido e diverse opportunità di formazione.

Competenze

  • Laurea, preferibilmente in Economia e/o Marketing.
  • 3–4 anni di esperienza in ruoli di consulenza marketing o marketing digitale.
  • Passione per i principi del marketing e del marketing digitale.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B1).
  • Conoscenza della suite MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Orientamento al cliente e capacità di anticiparne i bisogni.
  • Capacità di gestire negoziazioni complesse.
  • Comunicazione efficace, assertività.
  • Responsabilità nella gestione dei risultati.

The Opportunity
  • Start, manage, drive, and close negotiations by achieving the assigned sales targets through:
    • Managing and developing an assigned client portfolio
    • Creating new commercial development opportunities with clients
    • Expanding the client portfolio
    • Including digital solutions in the offered package
  • Define and implement the commercial strategy in alignment with the Retail Commercial Director and in accordance with company strategies, considering profitability and organizational impacts.
  • Take responsibility for the performance of campaigns and projects for clients through:
    • Defining campaign success using KPIs shared with the Client and aligned with the Retail Commercial Director
    • Preparing a complete brief for the assigned Consultant and Media Service
    • Sharing Client know-how with the Consultant and Media Service
    • Actively involving the assigned Consultants in client interactions whenever they provide added value in negotiations and client management

In doing this, you will play the role of “Ambassador” of our Digital solutions; we count on you to act as a company Business Partner with your expertise.

Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably in Economics and/or Marketing/Trade Marketing and/or a Master’s in Business Analytics or similar
  • 3–4 years of prior experience in other modern, structured companies, preferably in mass‑market consulting roles in Marketing or Digital Marketing. What truly matters, however, is the attitude and ability to present our solutions combined with digital competence.
  • A clear, unstoppable passion for Marketing and Digital Marketing principles developed through previous experiences and/or studies, and a strong desire to share your passion
  • Knowledge of the English language in order to collaborate with international teams (minimum desired level B1)
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Business Acumen and Customer Orientation: ability to understand client needs and anticipate them through knowledge of the relevant market(s) and strong active listening.
  • Commercial skills: ability to manage, maintain, and close complex negotiations
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), assertiveness
  • Ownership and Accountability: you know how to take full responsibility for your individual results and those of Catalina, as well as commitments made to the client, with a highly problem‑solving‑oriented approach.
  • A natural ability to work in a team: understanding internal organizational needs, sharing, aligning with all departments, and contributing your distinctly Digital mindset
