Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Barman position.

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

• Previous experience in cocktail preparation.
• Friendly, outgoing and positive.
• Enjoy being part of a team.
• Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
• Good stress management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
