Job Summary :

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy / Art, to help establish our growing global network. This role is both creative and entrepreneurial, and you’ll be a key early hire helping us expand outside the US / UK.

You will partner with account and strategy leads to build our presence in your local market, delivering local insights and cultural nuances to our UK-based International Hub, while also participating in global briefs and new business activities.

This role requires prior healthcare experience in global and local markets. We are hiring in Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.

In countries without a legal entity, you will be hired through a local Employer of Record (EoR).

What You’ll Do :

• Generate compelling ideas across media channels based on insights.
• Establish a local market presence in partnership with account and strategy teams.
• Collaborate with Art / Copy leads to produce impactful campaigns aligned with client strategy.
• Manage deliverables under tight deadlines, ensuring quality work.
• Provide local market insights and cultural relevance for UK-based clients.
• Contribute to global briefs and local new business efforts across various capabilities.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships.
• Mentor team members internally and externally.
• Oversee awards submissions and case studies.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years of healthcare / pharma experience in an agency setting.
• Global and local market expertise.
• Experience in healthcare marketing for HCP and patient / consumer audiences.
• Proven creative ability and judgment.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Self-motivated, independent worker.
• Bilingual in English and local language(s).
