In this freelance role, you will provide strategic leadership during Bid Defense Meetings, contribute to protocol development, and represent the clinical team at high-level sponsor meetings. Candidates must possess a Medical Degree, be Board-certified in Paediatrics, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English is required along with a client-focused business acumen.

TFS HealthScience is seeking a highly flexible, board-certified Paediatrician with specialist expertise in rare diseases, particularly Achondroplasia, to support an upcoming series of Bid Defense Meetings. In this freelance role, you’ll play a key part in shaping proposals by contributing expert insight during protocol development and representing our clinical team during high level sponsor meetings. Your knowledge and presence will be instrumental in demonstrating our depth of expertise and reinforcing confidence in our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Act as a key scientific advisor in bid defense meetings (BDM), RFP responses, and proposal development, ensuring compelling and medically sound strategies.
• Scientific Advocacy : Represent TFS at client meetings, industry conferences, and scientific events, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted CRO partner.
• Study Design & Protocol Development : Provide expert input on trial design, patient recruitment, and regulatory strategy to optimize study success.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree.
• Board-certified in Paediatrics.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements (FDA / EMA).
• Business acumen : Proven ability to support business development with a strategic, client-focused approach.
• Exceptional communicator : Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
