A premium hospitality company is seeking a Bartender for its location in Porto Cervo. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cocktails and exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant coastal atmosphere. Ideal candidates possess strong bartending skills, at least 3 years of experience, and the ability to engage with international guests. The role offers shared accommodation and transportation to work. Working hours will be from 18:00 to 01:00, with contracts from June to September.

Position: Bartender
Location: The Nikki Beach Cocktail Club, Porto Cervo
Season: June 15th to September 10th (shorter contracts available)
Opening Hours: 18:00 to 01:00
Contract: CCNL Industria Turistica, C2 Bartender level

Born on the harbor of Porto Cervo, the Nikki Beach Cocktail Club is a refined yet laid-back destination where guests come to enjoy sunset drinks and beautifully crafted cocktails. As the evening begins, the bar comes to life with an intimate coastal atmosphere, warm lighting, and a mixology program built around quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
The bar features ergonomic American-style stations designed by a bartender to support speed, precision, and smooth workflow. Everything is set up to let you focus on technique, service, and delivering an elevated cocktail experience.
- Strong team spirit

- Fluent English
- Comfortable engaging with an international clientele
- Commitment to delivering thoughtful and memorable guest interactions
- Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
