A luxury cruise line based in Milan is seeking a Concierge to enhance the guest experience. The role involves managing events, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a high level of personalized service. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment, with strong hospitality, communication, and organizational skills. This position requires the ability to speak English fluently and shipboard experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience as Front Desk / Receptionist in a 4 or 5-star Hotel.
• Ability to speak English clearly and cordially with guests.
• Shipboard guest services experience is advantageous.

• Acts as primary contact for all guests and manages events smoothly.
