Responsibilities

• To be specifically involved in the Real Estate Credit monitoring circuit, with priority given to sensitive and complex files or dedicated ‘non‑standard’ covenants;
• Contribute to a robust permanent control framework to provide timely, reliable and consistent analysis;
• Cooperate with the Risk Management and Credit Structuring teams to assess individual client and sector risks and provide support;
• Contribute to annual credit reviews or specific financing requests, analysing risks, commercial interest, profitability, consistency of strategy;
• Monitor changes in guarantees and their impact on the granting process.

Supplementary Information

The VIE will join the business line called Agency and Middle Office Financing (centre of expertise covering all Indosuez entities and centralized in Milan) whose main mission is to support the product line Real Estate Financing in order to allow a controlled growth of the business. More precisely the hub ensures the monitoring of commercial real estate financing transactions through the control of contractual obligations and compliance with preliminary conditions of use. This department is also in charge of offering the Agency service in the case of syndicated financing.

Qualifications and Experience

You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies

0-2 anni

A prior experience in the financial sector would be considered a plus

• You are a fast learner and have strong problem solving skills
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• You have a good understanding of the financial and banking environment
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are Fluent in English and French
• Basic in Italian would be considered a plus
