Position: Technical Account Manager

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be working in the technical department promoting our company's products and IT solutions to the Partners. You will acquire the necessary certifications and develop skills in Network and Storage – based solutions in our Vendor Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include supporting internal departments, delivering technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations, conducting trainings and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients and answering different technical questions on your assigned solutions.
  • Obtaining technical certifications and expanding your practical skills for different Vendors.
  • Training, webinar, technical presentations, product demos, PoCs.
  • Customer visits (virtual and onsite) by Vendor competence with sales colleagues.
  • Working on a defined list of customers to enable or to develop according to the Business Unit needs.
  • Continuously being trained in the latest technologies.
  • Manage Customer support cases by using our ticketing system.
Requirements
  • Customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
  • Experience on Network and Storage Vendors.
  • Experience in Huawei technology: network, storage, hypervisor, (security know-how is a plus).
  • Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer science.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload.
  • Business fluency in Italian and in English language.
