Studio Finance Associate, Elevated Shopping

The role involves managing invoices for external content providers, which are submitted post work completion. You are expected to validate invoices against internal data to approve or reject invoices. As the invoices you manage will be high value, it is important to use data and high judgment before taking final calls. Expect you to have an acumen for financial perfection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoices for all external content providers.
• Assess and validate invoices against internal tool/data entries.
• Use knowledge to determine which task or procedure is required to complete a range of operations functions.
• Work on multiple ops functions and influence one or more ops function.
• Perform and may define work required to complete standard ops functions.
• Effectively organize own work to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Research and independently resolve invoice/product issues.
• Independently resolve narrow problems, able to troubleshoot with documentation.
• Escalate when actions needed deviate from available procedures.
• Train and troubleshoot for contingent workforce associates including coordinating daily job assignments.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
