Responsibilities include data preparation, monitoring performance, and report development. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in the insurance sector and be proficient in SQL, Python, and data analytics. The role emphasizes innovation, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in the Insurance sector, preferably Motor Insurance.
• Experience as Data Engineer / Scientist, IT Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with cloud environments.

Mansioni

• Data preparation and infrastructure maintenance.

STREET PRICING MOTOR - EXPERT DATA ENGINEER / ANALYST

The candidate will join the Street Pricing Motor Unit and will be responsible for:

• Data preparation and infrastructure maintenance
• Monitoring Motor Area performance
• Developing and updating unit reports
• Data preparation development

Technical skills :

• Experience as Data Engineer / Scientist, IT Analyst, or similar role
• At least 5 years of experience in the Insurance sector, preferably Motor Insurance
• Strong knowledge of Data Lakes, SQL, Python, and development environments like Jupyter
• Experience with cloud environments
• Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Data analytics and reporting skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
• Proactive and innovative approach to improve tools and processes
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
