We are a structured company in the Automotive sector, part of an international group. We are seeking a Process Quality Engineer for a multinational automotive company.

Role Objectives and Activities

The resource, reporting to the Quality Manager and collaborating with a structured team, will be responsible for resolving product and process issues and developing new products, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Specifically, the activities include:

  • Managing internal process and product non-conformities: opening NCI, sharing at the plant level, coordinating the team to close NCIs;
  • Improving processes based on scrap and defect analysis, PFMEA outcomes, and customer complaints/resolutions;
  • Participating in daily and weekly production meetings;
  • Defining and coordinating product selections and repairs;
  • Quality planning: preparing control grids for individual products and processes, developing control plans, and updating documents;
  • Qualifying the final process and providing technical support for new process qualifications;
  • Supporting process and product auditors;
  • Supervising production resources and promoting quality culture and continuous improvement.
