Join Allianz as a Solution Designer within our dynamic IT Human Resources team, which is responsible for the evolution and management of IT systems supporting Human Resources and Events processing. Our team plays a crucial role in continuously enhancing system functionalities to meet new business needs, managing systems in production, and defining and implementing the technological roadmap for platform evolution.
The IT Human Resources platform is based mostly on Java technologies, deployed in the cloud and on-premises. We are on a trajectory to progressively update to newest Java technology and complete the migration to cloud solutions.
In this context, we are seeking a Solution Designer with proven experience in maintaining / evolving complex software solutions and implementing transformation projects. You will contribute to both the management and continuous improvement of the current platform (as-is) and the definition and execution of steps to evolve the platform towards our target architecture.
