SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER

Job Description:

MainStreaming is in a scaling phase, and our team is expanding internationally. The heart of our product, the R&D team, is looking for new talents to join us. To improve our platform daily, we are seeking a Technical Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management, planning, and control of the project's development in terms of feasibility analysis;
2. Meeting business requirements on schedule and expectations of both internal and external customers;
3. Understanding the goals and setting the project’s milestones;
4. Managing technical/functional analysis and software development;
5. Ensuring the quality and performance of the code;
6. Planning software testing and risk management activities to identify risks, propose solutions, and coordinate actions;
7. Managing workload within the group;
8. Organizing regular meetings with all stakeholders for progress updates;
9. Verifying achieved goals;
10. Ensuring good communication and managing conflicts within the work group.

What We're Looking for:

• Passion for the product: Professional attitude towards software craftsmanship, including testing and documentation.
• Proactivity: Ability to self-start projects and set priorities autonomously while collaborating with an international team.
• Eagerness to learn: Open to new challenges and environments for continuous improvement.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills; we develop and grow together.
• English: Conversational level; effective communication within an international team.

Skills:

• 8+ years proven experience in software development;
• 3+ years of project management experience with a track record of successful delivery on enterprise-scale projects;
• Proficiency in web development languages and architectures such as .NET, C#, J2EE;
• Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and relevant internet topics;
• Experience in team management;
• Strong skills in Software Quality Assurance, test automation, and Continuous Delivery;
• Excellent organization and planning skills.

Nice to have:

• PMI certification;
• Knowledge of CDN technologies and infrastructures;
• Knowledge of Streaming & Broadcasting Technologies;
• Experience in ISP/Telco environments.
