A leading technology company is searching for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer for a 1-year assignment in Brescia. The successful candidate will design and develop electronic hardware boards and contribute to innovative product lifecycles. This role requires strong experience in hardware design and allows for one day of smart working per week. Ideal candidates will have 5–15 years' experience, alongside problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skills.

• 5–15 years of experience in hardware design; 3–4 years with strong technical skills also acceptable.
• Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams.

Hardware Design Engineer – On‑Site in Brescia (1-Year Assignment)

We are supporting a key client in Brescia in the search for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join their team for a 12‑month assignment. The role requires on‑site presence throughout the week, with the possibility of one day of smart working.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for the design and development of electronic hardware boards, contributing to the full lifecycle of innovative products. This is a hands‑on technical role where solid engineering fundamentals and autonomy are essential.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong experience in HW electronic board design (core requirement)
• Proficiency with schematic design tools
• Knowledge of EMC / EMI principles
• Experience working with 220 V powered devices
• Familiarity with DC‑DC converters

Ideal Profile

5–15 years of experience in hardware design

Candidates with 3–4 years of experience will also be considered if they demonstrate strong technical skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
