A global paper solutions provider is seeking a Sales Manager to drive Specialty Paper sales in Europe, focusing on Italy while covering France and Germany. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of sales management experience in the paper industry with a strong track record in Specialty Paper sales. Fluent English, along with knowledge of Italian, French, or German, is required. This role offers the opportunity to manage customer relationships and implement sustainability practices within the market.

This is a unique opportunity to grow the market, manage key customer relationships, and represent a global leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and innovation.

  • Coated One Side (C1S) Papers
  • Thermal Papers
  • Greaseproof Papers/ Food packaging papers
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management.
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.

✅ What You Bring

  • Experience: 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, ideally with C1S, Thermal, and Greaseproof papers.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Italian, French, or German is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
  • Independent & Remote Work: Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
