Base Pay Range

Testbusters is a community-based company with over 1,000 people across Italy and the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound contacts from web forms and Calendly.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as test type, university, exams, and timelines.
  • Conduct consultations with students to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Present the offer clearly, highlighting the value of the Testbusters method.
  • Use and update the CRM to monitor pipeline, conversion rates, sales trends, and student feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve the lead acquisition funnel and customer journey.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with empathy and active listening.
