• 5–7 years of experience in biogas plant operations or similar industrial settings.
• Proven experience managing teams and multiple facilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support Plant Managers across multiple biogas facilities.
• Manage a team of six engineers, with potential expansion.
• Ensure optimal asset performance by monitoring KPIs.
