Une entreprise en pleine croissance, Lesaffre, recherche un spécialiste en assurance qualité pour son unité Gnosis. Vous travaillerez au sein d'un environnement dynamique et international, en gestion des tâches liées à la qualité des ingrédients fonctionnels pour les aliments et suppléments. Ce poste nécessite une expérience en QA, de solides compétences en communication, ainsi qu'une autonomie dans le travail.

Job Description

Reporting to the QA Manager you will collaborate in the management of tasks related to Quality Assurance and, in accordance with the legislation and internal policies, you will deal with functional ingredients for food and /or food supplements produced in the plants of the Gnosis by Lesaffre BU, including management of subcontractors.

The main tasks related to the position will be:

• Open and investigate product complaints by coordinating the activity with the production sites involved
• Opening and management of Corporate or Desio Change
• Check the activity of suppliers for their qualification and approval
• Interfacing with the factories and with the purchasing department to draw up the purchase specifications
• Drafting the APR of nutritional products in which subcontractors are involved
• Drafting of site and corporate SOPs
• Approval of batches of tablets for subsequent release by QAM
• Check the activity of the Desio research laboratories for production activities according to ISO standards
• Follow up on audits at suppliers or subcontractors

Qualifications

• At least 3-5years’ experience in the role QA earned preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical field
• Previous experience and habit of working in GMP and HACCP/FSMA environments, including religious certifications such as Halal and Kosher one
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP (QM)
• Fluent in Italian and good level of English (must have)
• Result oriented and proactive
• Can work independently as well as in a team
• Good relational skills with all the Stakeholders
