Un groupe mondial leader dans le confort thermique durable, cherche un Production Manager pour superviser tous les aspects de la production dans leur site de Genga, Le Marche. Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en ingénierie, 5 à 7 ans d'expérience, ainsi que des compétences en gestion d'équipe et en amélioration continue. Ce rôle implique la supervision des processus de production, la gestion des ressources et l'assurance d'une haute qualité tout en atteignant les objectifs de l'usine.

As Production Manager, reporting to the Plant Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising the entire production process, ensuring adherence to the production schedule and cost effectiveness.
  • Managing and supervising the production workforce (both direct and indirect), overseeing skill matrices and training needs in coordination with HR.
  • Organizing production resources and defining resource requirements.
  • Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Ensuring standards and quality control programs are implemented effectively.
  • Achieving plant targets related to safety, quality, service levels, and efficiency, in collaboration with other departments such as HSE, quality, logistics, industrial engineering, maintenance, HR, and controlling.
  • Leading the Autonomous Management (AM) or Workplace Organization (WO) pillars within the World Class Manufacturing framework.
  • Organizing repair and routine maintenance of production equipment performed by the workforce.
  • Leading, supervising, and motivating the production team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • An engineering degree and 5-7 years of experience in similar manufacturing roles.
  • Strong skills in people management, team collaboration, coaching, and motivation.
  • Proficiency with production management tools such as daily meetings, reporting, problem solving, skill matrix management, 5S, autonomous maintenance, etc.
  • Good knowledge of safety and environmental standards applied to production.
  • Basic understanding of cost and performance accounting.
  • Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of core production processes like metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, assembly, and automation.
  • Understanding of Time & Method studies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under stress and manage deadlines, along with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
